About Us
I met my husband in Florence, Italy, where the cobblestone streets, slow meals, and shared laughter made it impossible not to fall in love — with him, with the culture, and with the way family comes together around food. In kitchens crowded with clattering pots and clinking glasses, we spoke Italian, French, and English, but the true language was always food. It didn’t need translation — just good olive oil, crusty bread, and time.
Our olive oil begins in the hills of Tuscany, where family friends tend cherished groves with reverence. Each olive is handpicked to protect the tree’s rhythm, then cold-extracted in small batches using traditional methods. Non-GMO, pure, and deeply flavorful, this oil doesn’t just enhance dishes — it elevates the soul of a meal.
This work is our home and our heritage. It’s a return to slower ways, to the intimacy between people and land. Like the olive groves we tend to in Tuscany, this is about more than sustenance — it’s about joy, connection, and carrying forward the old-world practices that remind us how to live well and enjoy the little things in life.
