Enriched with bone broth, celebrated for its restorative properties and rich minerals, every spoonful is layered with warmth, flavor, and a touch of brightness. Place your soup pot on medium heat, add your olive oil. Sauté onion, celery, carrot, garlic for 5-10 min.
Add in chicken, Parmesan rinds(see note), bone broth, turmeric, dill, ginger, bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste, cover with lid on low and simmer for 1 hour.
Add pasta, 2 cups of water, more salt to balance flavor if needed, cook for additional 10 min covered on low.
Serve with fresh parmigiano, olive oil drizzle and side of fresh crusty bread, crispy croutons or saltines. Buon Appetito!

Note: If you don’t have Parmesan rinds handy, just grate in 1/2 cup of fresh parm into the broth
