Ingredients

• 1 cup organic basil leaves, tightly packed

• 1 garlic clove

• ½ tsp course sea salt

• ½ cup grated parmigiano

• ¼ cup pine nuts

• ¾ cup EVOO

• 1 tsp red wine vinegar

Directions

1. Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic in a food processor and process until very finely minced.

2. Pour in olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and process until smooth

3. Add cheese and and pulse a couple times until mixed in.
